We conduct an on-site walkthrough in coordination with the site supervisor to evaluate project conditions, identify access logistics, and ensure alignment with other trades. This collaborative approach allows us to prepare an accurate, detailed bid that supports the construction schedule and site workflow.
Bid Submission
We submit a comprehensive bid package including a detailed scope of post-construction window cleaning services, site-specific requirements, and a current COI to ensure full compliance with project specifications and risk management protocols.
Service Performance
Our crew performs post-construction window cleaning in coordination with site supervisors and other trades to minimize disruption and maintain project flow. We follow all safety protocols, use industry-approved techniques for removing construction debris, adhesive, and overspray, and ensure final glass presentation
